We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact as soon you receive  your order to request a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return due to a faulty item, the following conditions must be met:

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Shipping costs for returning faulty items may be covered by us.
